Health Insurance Survey Dashboard : PowerBI Project

 Hey Friends!!


I have made the below data analysis dashboard based on the survey carried on the sample set of employee of   "Organisation Confidential" . based on the mediclaim survey carried.

Below the analyis of the Dataset


Observations

1 ) 91.73% of employees are aware of Healthbenifits provided by Company

       8.27%  Employees are Unware of the Benefits


2) Maximum number of employees stated the reason of their unsatisfaction as " Other reasons"

3) 1.94% Employees wants to upgrade the medicalaim coverage to 5lacks

    33.55% Employees are not intrested in upgrade

    56.73% Employees would like to upgrade the coverage to 10 Lacks

    7.78% Employees would like to know more details of medical policy.




Observations

1 )  83% Employees have already claimed the health benifits

2) 5.02% Employees are not satisfied becoz the service is not quick

3) 518 Employees have not claimed the medical insurance

Employees Salary Prediction Using Linear Regression - KNIME ANALYTICS PLATFORM

Here I will be using the KNIME to forecast the employee's salaries with respect to their year of experience by training and testing data in ML using Linear Regression. Step 1 : Reading the data set with KNINE - File Reader Node 1                                         Step 2: Adding the data filter node to remove the Null Values Setting up the pattern match to N/A Step 3: Adding Node 2.1 Partitioning for Data sorting to Train & Test for Machine learning Algo. Here we set 70% of total data to Train & 30% to Test Step 4:  Training data for linear regression Note: After training the data, we have concluded that our model shows ~95% Accuracy , as we have selected the Random samples from the training data to maintain the efficiency of the model.
